The new Muscle Motion bumper plates have significant improvements over Economy bumper plates.
A hard steel insert is locked into the body of the rubber weight plate via reinforcement keys.
These plates are much thinner than other bulky economy bumpers this is achieved by introducing a concealed steel core to the rubber plate allowing more weight to be loaded on the bar.
