The bench is nice and low in flat position but still offers a steep decline rare with adjustable decline benches.

Optional Preacher Curl and Leg Developer attachments are available separately converting this to a genuine multi-functional bench.

It is not a lightweight flimsy bench it's well made strong and built to the right proportions to suit all users. We recently load tested this bench with in excess of 900kg and it did not budge.
