Step up your training by adding a pair of these Super Heavy Duty J Hooks to your existing rig or rack. Compatible with 65mm x 65mm posts with holes to accept a Ø25mm spigot. These heavy duty J Hooks feature a wide protective centre section which will prevent knurling wear when racking your barbell.
