- A hard steel insert is locked into the body of the rubber weight plate via reinforcement keys.
- These plates are much thinner than other bulky economy bumpers this is achieved by introducing a concealed steel core to the rubber plate allowing more weight to be loaded on the bar.
- International IWF colour coded.
- Accurate weight tolerance.
- Ø450mm diameter (IWF standard).
- Ø51mm hole size.
