Heavy Duty would be the most appropriate way to describe this adjustable bench it's virtually unbreakable. With it's minimalistic design featuring a fully welded sub frame and few moving parts you will have no issues with the structure and performance of this bench. The single adjustment mechanism allows the seat adjust automatically with the backrest so no need to fiddle around with multiple adjustments. The single front foot gives plenty of clearance if working with dumbbells while the wide rear base beam gives the bench solid stability. This bench is nice and low at only 440mm pad to floor in flat position which is quite rare for adjustable benches especially when wanting to perform heavy flat bench press.
