Farmer's Walk also known as Farmer's Carry There are various implements that can be used for the farmers walk. These can also be performed with heavy dumbbells or short bars if these implements aren't available. Begin by standing between the implements.After gripping the handles lift them up by driving through your heels keeping your back straight and your head up.Walk taking short quick steps and don't forget to breathe. Move for a given distance typically 50-100 feet as fast as possible

Each handle is 1525mm long x Ø135mm diameter of body section.
Net weight of each handle with collars on is 23.6kg (47.2kg for the pair).
Body section is made from Super Strong Ø135mm x 6mm thick tubing.
Body ends are capped with fully welded thick plate.
End weight arms are 300mm long x Ø50mm.
Grip handles are 150mm long x Ø32mm and are securely welded to the main body.
Centre axis of grip handles to centre axis of weight arms is a distance of 210mm.
2 pair of Olympic screw locking collars are included.
Finished in textured matt black powder coating.
