This is a compact, multi functional, versatile rack which is suitable for a home gym situation.
The PR1004 (Improved version of BPR02) Power rack will provide users with a total body workout when utilizing supplementary free weights. (weights and bench and bar not included). This rack will be most suitable for beginner to intermediate uses.
High and low pulleys for various exercises such as rows, pull downs, press downs, etc. With solid side safety bars so you don't get trapped beneath the bar. Lat pulldown bar and straight row bar are also included and 4 pins to hold your bars at their starting positions.

*Please note - The High/low pulley attachment accepts standard plates, but extra adaptor sleeves are available for purchase to accept Olympic weight plates.

We recently load tested this rack with in excess of 750kg and pulleys over 200kg, and it was a positive result. Check out the specifications below for more information.
