Perform all the same exercises as a full sized bar with greater portability and reduced space requirements. Especially good for women and younger trainees who can't yet control a full sized bar.

Non-slip grip knurling is applied to each end of the barbell shaft for general purpose lifting. The centre section 535mm of the barbell shaft has no knurling.
Chrome coating provides a durable maintenance free finish to the barbell.
The barbell is supplied in a protective cardboard tube - 1560mm long x Ø80mm round - Gross weight 13.0kg.
