Barbell shaft is 820mm long between internal flange of end sleeves.
End sleeves to suit Olympic plates are Ø50mm x 175mm long (plate loading section).
The end sleeves are precisely machined with minimal tolerances. Smooth spin rate is achieved via brass bushings combined with inner end bearings. Internal circlips securely and permanently lock the end sleeves and bearings in place to prevent lateral movement.
A high grip knurling is applied providing you full control of your lifts.
Chrome coating provides a durable and protective finish to the barbell.
The bar is supplied in a protective cardboard tube - 1240mm long x Ø80mm round - Gross weight 9.4kg.
